Your brain hits snooze before you're even awake. SnapOut changes the deal: your alarm only goes quiet once you've completed a real mission. You can't dismiss it with your eyes closed.

Snoozing isn't a willpower problem. It's a decision made by a brain that isn't awake yet — and that brain will always pick sleep.
A regular alarm leaves you that choice. That's where it fails.
1. Set your alarm. Time, days, sound — as usual.
2. Pick your mission. Push-ups, a photo of your made bed, mental math, a maze… 15 missions, from the gentlest to the most demanding.
3. In the morning, you move. The alarm rings. The Mission button opens the app — and the alarm keeps ringing. It only stops once the mission is validated.
Your body is out of bed before your brain gets a chance to argue.
On most alarm apps, closing the app is enough to get your silence back. Not here.
